A very clean and smart hotel.
Clean and tidy hotel. Staff friendly and happy to help. The same issue is reflected in both positive and negative elements. The hotel is extensively used by tour bus companies and as a result the hotel is very quiet in the day and we virtually had the pool and facilities to ourselves. Breakfast is very good.
The hotel is extensively used by tour bus companies that often leave early in the morning to their next destination. On a couple of occasions this resulted in a lot of noise in the corridors as the those departing gathered their bags and chatted loudly outside our room. The location is a little outside the centre of Jerez and although my wife and I walked in and out every day, this might not be for everyone.

Excellent hotel as usual.
Breakfast choice. The gardens.
We were used to paying our dues at the end of our stay and also felt that a 25 euro deposit for towels was excessive. I appreciate that there may have been problems with other guests not paying in the past but having been with you for several years I would have hoped to be trusted to pay at the end of our stay.
